Our Mission

We, the Neighborhood Security Watch Council (NSWC) are dedicated to the Empowerment of the people, to create new and sustainable partnerships within the communities for the people. To show ownership of the community through high visibility and getting to know your neighbors. We will educate Members through consistent crime prevention training and provide the tools and resources to enhance the quality of life within the neighborhoods and create a place of WELLNESS for all members of the community to feel safe again.
We will always show ALOHA and strive to provide crime prevention techniques that build trust and integrity while maintaining the highest standards of honesty within one another.
We will treat everyone with Respect, Fairness, & Integrity.

The Honolulu Police Department ( HPD) is the principal law enforcement agency of the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii, headquartered in the Alapa’i Police Headquarters in Honolulu CDP.

The mission of AED Institute is to promote within the community, the science and education of early defibrillation and CPR.
